1844, Novr. 10th Wm. Simpson and Barbara Thomison his Wife residing at the Bow, had a Daughter baptized by the Revd. Wm. Anderson on the 1st Decr. in presence of the Congregation by the name of Barbara.

1851, Septr. 18th Catharine – Lawful Daughter to James Simpson and Catharine Isbister, baptized by the Revd. J. Sinclair on the 9th Novr. 1851, in presence of the Congregation.

1844, Feb 23rd James Simpson and Jean Rosie his Wife, residing at Brae Head, had a Daughter baptized by the Revd. William Anderson in presence of the Congregation by the name of Elizabeth.

1847, Janry. 5 Isabella Shedd Sinclair – Lawful Daughter to William Simpson and Barbara Thomison, baptized by the Revd. William Anderson, on the 7th March, in presence of the Congregation. (Isabella’s middle name might be Skedd not Shedd?)

1851, Octr. 27th Jean Simpson – Lawful Daughter to William Simpson and Barbara Thomison, baptized by the Revd. J. Sinclair on the 7th Decr. 1851, in presence of the Congregation.

1841, Augt. 29th James Simpson and Jean Rosie his Wife, had a Daughter, baptized on the 10th Octr. in presence of the Congregation, by the name of Jean.

1849, May 20th Jessie Thomison – Lawful Daughter to William Simpson and Barbara Thomison, baptized on the 24th June, by the Revd. James Sinclair, in presence of the Congregation.

1853, Octr. 8th Margaret – Lawful Daughter to James Simpson and Catherine Isbister, baptized by the Revd. James Sinclair on the 27th Novr. 1853, in presence of the Congregation.

1843, Febry. 18 William Simpson and Barbara Tomison his Wife, residing at the Bow had a Daughter baptized on the 16th April in presence of the Congregation by the name of Margaret.

1847, May 11th Charles – Lawful Son to James Simpson and Jean Rosie, baptized by the Revd. James Sinclair on the 25th July 1847, – in presence of the Congregation.

1843, July 8th William Simpson & Ann Peebles his Wife, residing at Glowrim, had a Son baptized on the 10th Septr. in presence of the Congregation by the name of Daniel Barnet.

1840, Dec 21st William Simpson & Ann Peebles his Wife, residing in Glowrim, had a Son baptized by the Revd. G. H. Macintosh on the 7th Febry. 1841 in presence of the Congregation, by the name of James.

1853, Decr. 19th William – Lawful Son to William Simpson and Barabra Thomison, baptized by the Revd. James Sinclair on the 6th Febry. 1854, in presence of the Congregation.
